RETURN & REFUND POLICY (90 DAYS)

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
